1Translation: "What is 'in' or 'out' in this cycle of life? Both are unified by our action of breathing. Isn't it? Even when a yogi breathes, only a little of the outside remains inside. Every being in this world is like a sponge - it can soak in the essence from outside and give it out also. Without the essence, it is dry an lifeless." – Mankutimma
