Translation: O! Mankutimma, is God (Creator) like a precious
gem that shines by itself (and for itself) independent and irrespective of who
is watching it? Similarly a peacock with pristine colors in its feathers, is
happy watching and grooming itself. Both the gem and the peacock do not care if
any one else appreciates their beauty or not. The creator also is lost in his
own creation - not caring for anything else.
