Translation in English: O! Mankutimma, a ball of fire has light. So does
a ball of butter. One is hot, one is cold. Eyes can not differentiate between
the two. A simple ball of clay molded into any shape is enough to deceive the
eyes. There would be no doubt in our mind if the whole world was in darkness.
It is this small flickering light that creates illusions and doubts in our
mind.
[Translator's note: More stress is laid on how limited our
senses are. Also it shows how we get comfortable with what we understand and
believe it to be true akin to living in complete darkness.]
